PlaceWar is a strategic play-to-earn social game universe deployed on multi-chain with highly engaging artillery gameplay that encourages players to create and define the outlook of the in-game world through building, battles and alliance. Inspired by Worm and r/place, PlaceWar creates a gamified and open Internet culture metaverse and puts users in control. You are guaranteed with a gaming experience that you've never seen before in any other Play-To-Earn games. We integrate battle and creation, and we make sure there is an incentive mechanism to support them both.

In the PlaceWar universe, our main characters are tanks. There are 5 types of them: medieval, heavy armor, mecha, rocket launcher, and amphibious. Each type has its unique features, strengths, and weaknesses. To start an epic tank battle, a player would need 3 tank NFTs. The NFT minting method in PlaceWar is called crafting. Players can not only craft tanks, but also equipment as wearables to boost stats of a tank, defenders to defend Pixel land, and buildings in Pixel for certain functions. PlaceWar has a dual-token system: $PLACE for governance and $GEAR for in-game currency. Each crafting would consume $PLACE and $GEAR.

The battle is turn-based and your goal is to eliminate every enemy by adjusting your shooting angle and power, as well as the right skill at the right timing. For play-to-earn players, they can enjoy the nostalgic artillery shooting gameplay and&nbsp;earn token, NFT and non-NFT rewards by taking on rogue bots named Pegatron in PVE, or winning duels against a random player in PVP battles. A player can even put a wager on his own battle performance and win a double wager in a Guild War with friends.&nbsp;

PlaceWar has a canvas world land system - The Placedonia, which consists of 90,000 ownable land NFTs. Players are able to park their tanks, construct building NFTs, or collect randomly generated resources or even token rewards.What differentiate Placedonia from other land system games is that it allows players to choose a color to represent their pixel on Placedonia map, and invade each other to loot any unharvested resources and force change the representing colors. Through invasions, a competitive environment is created to enable users to launch attacks for extra revenue as well as create their own paintings. As the number of pixels taken to create a painting can be massive, alliances may be formed and social bonds will be made between players. Players will also be able to accumulate conquest points through invasions to qualify for a creator reward by the end of each tournament season. In the future, Placedonia can evolve into a new way of marketing and community bootstrapping while painting territories could become ingame miniDAOs.
